Property Description

Now for rent is one of Quaker Hill's most prestigious estate homes. The main estate at Kirby Hill Farm is available as seasonal winter, or yearly rental, impeccably furnished and equipped residential rental with an in-ground pool. Set on close to 250 acres and one of the region's finest equestrian facilities. The circa 1860 colonial farmhouse boasts 3,942 square feet. There are two separate parlor rooms on the first floor both with fireplaces, along with a formal dining room, a well-appointed kitchen with a fireplace, additional dining area, convenient first floor laundry room and two powder rooms, with one that can be accessed from the patio and pool area. Above is the primary suite with a fireplace, multiple walk-in closets, sitting room, office area and full bath, two additional bedrooms and full bath. Be sure not to miss the third floor that is currently set up as a sleeping loft with full bath. Outdoor amenities include an inground pool, patio area, fire pit, covered porch and ample yard space for recreation. This rental also has shared use of the tennis court with the neighboring carriage house. As a rental on the grounds of Kirby Hill Farm, additional amenities could include boarding, riding, lessons, or simply spectating at a polo match. Inquire about pets and the potential to rent for a shorter or flexible duration. The tenant will be responsible for oil, propane (for stove), Comcast/Xfinity business internet/cable and must provide tenants insurance. The landlord provides electric, lawn, snow, pool maintenance and garbage. Just minutes to the quaint Village of Pawling with charming boutique shops, fun eateries, fine dining and seasonal farmer's market. With the Pawling Metro North Train Station just 5 miles away, you are just 90 minutes to NYC by train.
